The charming fellow seen in the mugshot below was arrested for robbing a liquor store in San Luis Obispo County, California. While obviously not the sharpest pencil in the box, he had enough sense to don a hat before he alleged committed his crime.
He also appears to have something written in flowing tattoo script on his upper body just peeking out of his T-shirt. Maybe it says "I'm even dumber than I look."
